Oats Pancake Recipe or Oats Chilla

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 tbsp oats powder
  • 1 tbsp gramflour(besan)
  • ½ carrot grated
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Water to make the batter
  • Ghee




METHOD


  • In a bowl take the onions and grated carrots.You can add veggies of your choice.
  • Add the oats powder, gram flour and all the masala powders and make a dosa type batter.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Grease a nonstick tawa with ghee.
  • The tawa should be heated well and then pour a ladle of the batter.
  • Cook on low flame till both sides are done.
  • Take out on a plate and serve with tomato ketchup or jam.
