Ingredients- Two peeled oranges and sliced in half inch each piece
- One peeled apple and cubed into half inch pieces
- One firm banana sliced into approximately one fourth inch round shape
- Half cup cup sliced strawberries
- One cup cup English or Asian cucumber cubed into one fourth inch pieces
- one finally chopped green chilli[optional]
- Onetablespoon chopped cilantro

- Approximately one tablespoon lemon juice
- Approximately one tablespoon ginger juice
- Half teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
- One tablespoon sugar
- One teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon black salt (optional) available in Indian grocery store
- One fourth teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Take a large bowl, and combine all the fruits and cucumber with the green chili and cilantro.
- Toss it and set aside .
- Take a small bowel and add lemon juice,ginger juice,cumin seeds powder,sugar,salt black salt and black pepper
- Mix it well,Don't use hands for mixing
- Pour the dreesing over the fruits
